Use the movement stated in the product description to narrow your choice. Quartz, automatic and electronic models are listed in our collection; do not assume that every watch has the same movement or functions. If the listing is unclear, ask services@buytcn.com to confirm the exact option before purchase.
Can I swim with a watch described as waterproof?
A product name alone does not confirm suitability for swimming or diving. Check the exact model’s stated water-resistance rating and use instructions. If a rating or permitted use is missing, contact support before exposing the watch to water.
How do I choose the right size and strap?
Look for case diameter, strap material and length in the product details. Measurements and images may differ between options. Ask support to confirm any missing measurements rather than relying on the picture to estimate fit.
What currency will I pay in?
Vaucher can display reference prices in local currencies. Orders are charged in USD. Your selected option, quantity, shipping and final total are confirmed in the Buytcn checkout before you place an order.
When is shipping free?
Free shipping depends on destination and eligible merchandise value. Current USD thresholds are $50 for mainland China, $99 for the US, Canada and Mexico, $89 for specified Asian destinations, $129 for configured European destinations and Australia/New Zealand, $159 for specified Africa, Latin America and Middle East destinations, and $189 for Russia. The checkout shows your address-specific threshold and whether discounts count before or after the minimum. Some countries have no configured delivery method; contact support before ordering.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers bear original outbound shipping and return shipping costs. Confirm the return eligibility, deadline, address and instructions with services@buytcn.com before purchase or dispatching a return.
Which payment methods are available?
Credit and debit card payments are available through the enabled hosted payment gateway. Other enabled methods appear under “More payment methods”; availability can depend on the order and country. PayPal and Stripe are not currently connected.
